Upon delivery of the remanufactured or new turbocharger, the customer must return the defective turbocharger to the shipper at no additional cost. 

The turbo returned or given in for reconditioning must be intact in the following parts:

• Suction nut 
• Exhaust nut 
• Electronic actuator 

If the turbo should suffer irrecoverable damage in the above-mentioned parts, additional costs will be communicated.

The turbo must be ready for collection to be handed over to the courier in charge, packed and well protected, in a box suitable for transportation without risk of accidental breakage. 

Any damage resulting from transport by courier service shall not be attributable to GLOBAL S.r.l.
