Open positions
1. Skilled motor worker
- Expert in assembly, disassembly and functional verification of engine components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and mechanical diagrams.
2. Worker with experience in the use of engine grinding machines
- Expertise in the use of machine tools for motor grinding.
- Set-up, adjustment, monitoring and quality control of machined parts.
Main responsibilities
- Setting up machine tools according to precise protocols.
- Conducting machining with accurate measurements and adherence to tolerances.
- Inspection of the finished product to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaboration with the technical team to optimise processes and reduce downtime.
- Accurate documentation of each work cycle and reporting of any non-conformities.
Ideal requirements
- Technical diploma (mechanical, industrial) or proven experience in the motor/metallurgical sector.
- Previous experience of at least 3-5 years on grinding machines or engine machining.
- Accuracy, quality orientation and good use of measuring instruments.
- Teamwork skills and operational autonomy.
- Basic knowledge of CNC and technical drawings preferred.
