TERMS OF SALE

LEGAL CONDITIONS FOR THE SALE OF REMANUFACTURED SPARE PARTS

The purchase of a product, whether new, remanufactured or used, in rotation implies the return of the used but repairable product, which will be taken back after installation of the purchased spare part at our company. The product must be returned with the same parts as the product sold. If the customer does not comply with the above clause (return of used products that do not have the specified characteristics or in the event of failure to return the product), the deposit paid at the time of purchase will be charged to the purchase price of the reconditioned product. If there is no deposit paid, the purchase value of the good listed on the invoice shall be charged.

The guarantee COVERS:

  • The guarantee consists of repair or in the free supply of parts with manufacturing or processing defects.
  • The guarantee is limited to the reconditioned part sold on which machining has been carried out, therefore excluding any other element that may have been installed.
  • The customer, upon receipt of the goods by courier, shall sign with reservation.

The warranty does not COVER:

  • Costs of towing, travel, and therefore damage resulting from shipping by couriers;
  • Damage resulting from the immobilisation of the vehicle, travel in kilometres;
  • Labour for replacement;
  • Operating and consumable materials (filters, lubricants, antifreeze, etc.);
  • Any costs not expressly stated in the guarantee. Detachment and reattachment costs will be reimbursed in accordance with the agreement between the parties and only after we have ascertained our actual liability; of course, after receipt of the reconditioned product at our premises.

The guarantee is void if:

  • the customer independently carries out internal or external maintenance work on the product without prior (written) authorisation from Global srl. 
  • Use of the product for a purpose not intended by the manufacturer, e.g. use of the vehicle for motor racing. (Warranties of any kind are excluded). 
  • If the spare part supplied is tampered with, disassembled or modified without prior authorisation from Global srl, the guarantee will not cover any liability.

RETURN PROCEDURES

Global SRL does not accept returns on sales made, except for product non-conformity, and only with prior authorisation from our offices.

The goods must be returned in the same condition as delivered, i.e. undamaged, well-protected packaging with no signs of wear and tear on the product itself.

Reimbursement is only envisaged after suitability checks.

Transport is also always understood to be borne by the customerunless otherwise provided by Global SRL.
